Wayfinder’s mission is to bring union pride and expertise to clientele with excellence and quality as our guide to success. Owned and operated by a union electrician with over a decade of experience, the vision of Wayfinder Electric is to bridge the gap between the boots on the ground and success that isn’t profit driven, but to satisfy the customers we service.
What Sets Us Apart
Wayfinder is well rounded in most general electrical needs; however, we have specialized experience in conduit fabrication and single line system installations. Our experience in single line/electric room assembly is mostly from commercial sites, but the skills and ability to produce high quality conduit bending and panel layout remains consistent for all markets.
A Union Shop
“Remember where you came from” is a motto that will forever burn in our hearts here at Wayfinder. It’s thanks to the union and the IBEW that Wayfinder Electric exists and I am able to provide for my family. With that in mind, our core belief is that working with the union isn’t just a benefit, but essential to the future of our industry. Building a close relationship with the San Mateo Local 617 and Salinas Local 234 is a top priority, especially when the electricians that will be hired to conduct the work that Wayfinder acquires will be exclusively done with union journeymen and apprentices.
